Maturity comes in stages, one step at a time. In the classical sense, knowledge is study and book 'knowing of' information, but in the biblical sense, knowledge is knowing through direct experience or intimate encounter. We as Christians are in different stages of knowing The Word through study, but what about through the encounter? Isn't there an adage that says 'experience is the best teacher'?
'Bridging islands of consciousness' as God has referred to it when talking to me, is the 'what' I am doing and the 'why' is to connect more people in outwardly opposed camps to the heart of The Message that 'the Kingdom is near' when we are connected through the gateway of Love, that heaven on earth is the reality of our purpose when we are in our full-beingness, when we have embodied (recognized) our inner light is the same light that lives within all and it is our job to uncover (unveil) it within ourselves and then stand as the lamp on the table so others can see their way through the darkness too. Jesus rendered the veil null and void when he tore it in two; and His Way, His walk of God's Love among us, invites us to follow him in all the ways this manifested - in the natural and supernatural. The power of Christ is that it matures, rises up in you to such a degree that you believe wholeheartedly in Who He says you are and all that You will do; not just can do, but will do (John 14:12). This is the image Spirit shows me to illustrate the 'islands of consciousness' in "the Sea of Me": picture a vast sea dotted with beautiful islands that from one perspective appear separate. When you look into the sea however, below the surface, you see that the islands are all peaks of one landmass. Through this imagery, God also shows me rainbow bridges between the islands that represent the covenantal promise of The Creator of us all. It is we, too afraid to immerse ourselves in the uncharted depths of the Sea of God for fear of the unknown or fear of that which looks/sounds different than we. The invitation is for us to have the courage to allow the current of God's Whole/Holy Spirit to carry us to 'new to us' places, experiences and expanded understanding. To walk with God means to allow God to lead. It means to not limit the Whole of His Spirit, for creation is ever new, ever expanding. The Seed of Creation is the Spirit of Love and in Judeo-Christian tradition Adam walked and talked with God. It was the natural state. It was heaven on earth. Jesus came as the second Adam to help us remember Who we are in the Family of God, the Family of Creation - to reflect for us what is possible when we allow our hearts to lead us instead of our minds. When the heart is activated then the mind follows where the heart leads. When the heart is closed or in a state of non-forgiveness, the mind is untethered. Without an anchor, the mind can believe things that prevent us from knowing the true purpose of our existence here and now. I pray that you have the courage to step into the unknown whatever the unknown is to you. The unknown can be opposing political views to your own, a stereotype you have about an ethnic group, a discomfort or judgment you have about a different socioeconomic group, or assumptions around what any particular religion or spiritual path is all about. I encourage you to hold yourself accountable and look inwardly at where you have assumptions or stereotypes around any group that you don't interact with. Stretch yourself, stretch your heart, stretch your mind and see if you can perceive God within that other. The invitation is intimacy with God. To see 'into-the-sea-of-me'. Many Blessings to you, Dammah

As I continue to talk with people about what this ministry is about, God has made it very clear to me to "get to the heart of the matter". So what does that mean? This means to not mince words because I do like to write and talk about God, and I have A LOT to say! But as God has directed, I will keep it brief - at least I will try.
The purpose of this ministry is to help The Church, the ecclesia, open its heart more to God with the intention that the closer we come to Him, The Body acts as one heart and one mind. Why? Because when we open our hearts more to God and His innumerable ways, we can open our hearts more to others. Not just Matthew 25: 35-36 'others', but to our brothers and sisters in Christ. This is an ecumenical mission to stand as one body (Eph 4:3-6), one Church, standing on the foundation of Matthew 22: 37-40. Standing as one community, one family, under the banner or Standard of Christ. This banner of love and peace doesn't invade the darkness, it rather invites others into the Light where Love is seen, felt, and made real. Where others believe because they come to know it through the Word and experience. The Bride, the Body of Believers, The Church, is split/divided because of man's interpretation of God's Word (utterance). We know that division weakens any position or message (Matthew 12:25). To follow Christ means to follow His Word, His sound - and he exhorts us to the standard of Matthew 22:37-40 and calls us to be bearers' of this standard. When we do this, everything else becomes clear, becomes whole, becomes one. Spirit once said to me "(The) Love (of God) has a sound that enables us to see." And in turn, the sound we make helps others see too. So what standard do you hold yourself to? What standard does your church family hold itself to? Where do you maintain walls instead of building bridges between other followers of Christ and the Church at large? So the invitation is to look into your own heart with honest introspection. What do you see living within you? Where do you love some and not others, in your family, in your church family? in your community? in the world? Where do you hold a judgment that separates you from others who love Jesus too? Where have you put a label on other Christ followers (denominations) and kept yourself separate because of something other than Matthew 22:37-40? Use the sound of Jesus' words to illuminate your perspective and allow His Voice to open your heart to that which it is closed. Your city needs to see and experience that the Love of God is at the foundation of who you are as an emissary of this Light and that The Body is united in its connection with Christ. How can the body move in one direction and at odds with itself, when the Head tells us otherwise? In order for the Bride and Groom to be compatible, or in communion with one another, they must act as one; one voice, one heart. (Ephesians 4:3-6) This is an ecumenical call to reconciliation - which is a call to love more and to come closer into The Heart of God where His Way is unequivocally our way. Many blessings and peace be with you, Dammah Hello lovely soul!
Over the past year or so, I have had quite a few conversations with pastors of various denominations in regards to how this ministry could come alongside theirs and support their church family; sharing the story of my faith walk and gifts to open hearts and minds to the myriad ways of God. Giving testimony or witnessing to a Christian community about my experience with the Holy Spirit is uncomfortable for some, untimely for others but seeds have been planted. I am excited however to share with you that just last week I had a conversation with a pastor of a prominent church in Lake Norman that is very interested in exploring this more with me! Change is unwelcome in some circles; makes people uncomfortable and we all know what this feels like personally. Some change might be welcomed but there can be limits where fear overtakes our eagerness to embrace change because well, change means 'unknown'. This is precisely though what I've learned through my experience of the Holy Spirit is that the moment we try to limit God (Love) or put Him in a box, we quench the Spirit and in essence kill it, uninvite it, which is an act of disbelief in the omnipotence of God/Love. Love will never hurt us, actually just the opposite. Love heals all wounds, binds the brokenhearted, inspires and gives hope, brings unity and peace. And yet, 'we' use how we interpret God to create separation and division instead of unification. God's ways are beyond measure, beyond knowing, beyond containing and the moment we think we 'know it all', we really come to learn that we know nothing at all in the grand scheme of things! The heart of this ministry is to help people hear the call of reconciliation regardless of their religion or spiritual system. To reconcile ourselves with Love, to forgive ourselves, to forgive others so that we can love all of God's children wholly. This can look like ecumenism, where the varied denominations and various churches come together as one family. This can also look like those outside of the church buildings (spiritual community) to walk alongside their brothers and sisters (neighbors in churches) where Love's Way is what the world sees through our actions. Where Love's Voice is heard and known simply by the level of introspection we have individually to forgive and follow the words of Jesus in Matthew 22: 37-40 which is known also as the Golden Rule "You shall love God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." For me, I see this as putting Love on the "altar" of your heart and making all decisions from this place; where Love is the motivator, not money, not public opinion etc. This includes loving yourself as God loves you and seeing that we are all born of the same family, created in the image of this Love. When we can all function from this place, all forms of division, fear and separation are dissolved. So I invite you to see where you can build a bridge instead of a wall between you and whomever it is that you encounter today. Every person is a face of God looking at you, most have simply forgotten who they are in God's eyes... maybe you can help them see the world and their place in it differently with something as simple as a smile if no words come to you. It doesn't have to be a 'spiritually' toned interaction because everything we do can be love-filled to overflowing, or not. The choice is yours, the choice is mine, the choice is ours. How will you mirror love to those that are placed in your path today? What sound will you choose to make today? Love to you always, Dammah #godislove #christconsciousness #weareone Hello lovely soul!
I was speaking with a woman that knows me from spiritual community who is following her curiosity and desire to immerse herself in Bible study. She asked me a question about how I share speaking in tongues with groups of people and do I have a translator as the Apostle Paul prescribes in 1 Corinthians 14: 27-28. This is a valid question that I felt called to share the answer with you as well. When I speak in tongues with groups it is an Acts 2 experience. According to The Bible, The Helper that Jesus said would be sent, initially manifested through the tongues of his disciples where the sound of heaven and God's glory was made known to the all people present in the various languages they could understand. Speaking in tongues (known as Light language in spiritual community) is many things including a carrier of the sounds of heaven that intercede for those in need of hope, comfort, protection, and inspiration. The dialect I speak (not all tongues nor Light language sounds the same) is a unification of the seed sounds of other tongues or languages on Earth. Strung together like pearls, the sounds are spoken as a whole language in which people can identify different tones including: Chinese, Hebrew, Tibetan, Sanskrit, Native American, and others. I spoke in tongues as a child and it was reawakened in me when I heard someone else speaking it 40+ years later. (Learn More Here) Soon thereafter, God told me that I was to share this gift with groups and to call it 'darshan' - I was terrified to say the least! Fortunately I had a friend who was willing to allow me to explore this with her before going public. She was skeptical at first, but within seconds she was weeping and said "Don't stop, I know this'.' After exploring this together several times, gifts she had turned away from in her teenage years were re-awakened and she was able to translate/understand what was being communicated to her through the hearing of it. During the initial few months of sharing in early 2017, we worked with a group of ten or so people for forty consecutive days. I spoke and recorded for the group, everyone listened and made notes of their experience, and my friend translated for the group. There were times that people in the group had a similar overall understanding, but many times people also had other layers of understanding that were personal for themselves or another individual in the group. We learned that like a lid being taken off of a box, the various participants were activated, healed, opened in new ways that were discernible and palpable. Then following the Divine guidance I had been given, we began sharing with many other groups for the better part of a year until we both separately understood from Spirit that we were to translate no longer. That this had been an exercise of the potential and possibility for all people. What we learned was that each person has the potential to interpret for themselves as The Holy Spirit will always speak to each of us in a language we will understand. God desires direct relationship with each of us and has the power to help us believe if we simply set aside what we think we know and open our hearts to Him just a little more. This experience does just that, it opens the heart to receive God in however God shows up for them, in whatever 'language' they speak or 'knowing' they possess. Language is more than just the sounds coming out of our mouths - it has a tone, a vibration, a frequency, a feeling. Love has a sound. The Holy Spirit works to share the Good works of God, to open hearts and minds to something more, to comfort, teach, guide and minister to them, to connect people's hearts and minds with the Power of God's Love. From years of sharing with groups of people without translation, I have learned that within a room of people receiving the blessing, each has heard, seen, felt, or understood something that they didn't before their experience. For those seeking solace or hope, they felt seen, acknowledged, and loved. For those seeking healing, they felt ministered to by angels. And for those coming with a modicum of skepticism, felt more opened to God and the innumerable Ways of His Spirit. As I continue having conversations with pastors of all denominations, there are some who are uncomfortable with what I say and others whose interest is peaked and they want to learn more. And the only thing I can say is that I can only share what my walk of faith has led me to experience. I believe God walked me through this outside of the church because there are many within the Christian community not yet ready and He knew that there were people who were open to receiving more of God (spiritual community) even if they didn't know what that might look like or what to call it (myself included). This is what Love does; it opens the heart, it opens the mind, it heals, it inspires, it brings peace. (You can learn more HERE through a sampling of other people's testimonies.) I don't claim to know everything there is to know on this subject, but I can say that God has walked me through every experience in sharing this way with people. I believe that the minute we believe that we know all the ways God Loves wholly is the minute we know nothing at all. It is not for us to restrict God and the Way of Love. To blaspheme the Holy Spirit (Matthew 12:31-32) and believe we know that God works 'this way' and 'not that way' is tantamount to quenching the Spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:19). Denying or restricting the Omniscience and Omnipotence is to place our ego and human knowing in a place where we have Edged God Out of our way of thinking and therefore our way of being in the world. The disciples didn't know what to expect and every time I share I don't either - BUT I am always blessed, amazed, and grateful for the opportunity to share and to witness what other people experience in being touched in this way. The New Testament didn't exist for the early believers. What was written and gathered into what we know today as the NT was what they lived and chronicled to share with others like us. I personally feel that we are now in a new age where what we are living out will be written about someday as another testament or witnessing. The Old Testament is about the Father, the New Testament is about the son and this new age will be a testament to the Holy Spirit. We are only just beginning to walk in the promises of God and it is through our choice to surrender or yield our hearts and minds that invites in the whole of God's Spirit to indwell in the Temples called 'you' and 'me'. Western culture (American in my experience) functions from the mind first, heart second. The Way of Christ is heart first informing the mind and the sharing of speaking in tongues is very much a non-cognitive experience requiring the listener to yield what they think they know (or can't mentally figure out) in order to feel the love that washes over them in a language that only the heart can hear/know/understand. I wholeheartedly believe that we must do our part to restore heaven here on earth (Matthew 6:9-13) and that when we allow all of God's Love to move freely through us, people will be healed in mind, body & soul (John 14:12). The Foundation of the Christian walk is this "Love God (God is Love 1 John 4:16) with all your heart, soul and mind; this is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." (Matthew 22: 37-40). When we follow this way of being in this world, we bring life into all relationships; we shine light that casts out darkness, and help others see for themselves the power of whole and Holy Love in action. Speaking the language of Love can sound a little different depending upon the listener, but know that when your heart is engaged and your steps are ordered by The Creator, love is what will flow from your lips; and all nations, all people, will know that you come in peace. Many Blessings to you, Dammah
Hello beautiful soul, I hope your living has been easy this summer; filled with fun and family!
Since I last wrote to you, the details and dates have come together for a 3 day / 2 night retreat and is scheduled for September 15-17, 2023. Reconcile with Christ: A Retreat for Healing Your Relationship with Love is a retreat offering born of my deep faith and very personal walk in reconciling my own relationship with Christ and the inner healing work that has resolved judgment, fear and bitterness in how I used to perceive 'people of The Book' as a whole. (Read more about my story here). If you are like me, maybe you have run in the opposite direction of church or the Christian path in order to avoid zealotry or conflicting dogma only to separate yourself from the beautiful wisdom contained in said 'book'. Maybe you have read every spiritual text EXCEPT the Bible - or maybe, you even rankle at the word Bible, Jesus, repentance, sin, righteousness and others - a sign of unhealed wounds. This retreat isn't about conversion, but it is about a conversation with a new understanding of words that foster healing (which is a choice) so that you can forgive the people your wounding stems from and follow wholeheartedly wherever your soul is being called. Key to this healing is recognizing that this wounding came from people not Christ. If your heart is calling you to (or back to) Christ and you don't know how to 'get there', well then this retreat is for you. I have had several more meetings with pastors in various denominations and continue to refine my understanding of their and/or their church community's fear or resistance to the supernatural 'something more' that God has available for us all and I find the biggest challenge for me is in speaking words that cultivate the conversation. This can be tricky in deed! This is something I am walking with in spiritual community as well for there is a whole separate set of trigger words (i.e. land mines) that can shut the whole attempt at communication down instantly. We all know what it's like to hear a certain word that when we hear it, our minds close down and our ears stop listening. Anyone in the healing field understands the trickiness of 1) knowing the words that trigger and 2) avoiding and replacing them for a time in order that healing can happen. A sign of healing is when that 'word(s)' is no longer a trigger but has been neutralized and understood in its original meaning. We are wounded by words many times because of the tone with which they are spoken to us - and connotation gets glommed onto a word simply because of the emotion used to deliver the word as well as the emotion in the receiving of it. Whew! I know that was a long sentence but if you know me, you know that sometimes a stream of consciousness needs to simply flow ~ This is the image Spirit shows me to illustrate the 'islands' of consciousness' in "the Sea of Me": picture a vast sea dotted with beautiful islands that from one perspective appear separate. When you look into the sea however, below the surface, you see that the islands are all peaks of one landmass. Through this imagery, God also shows me rainbow bridges between the islands that represent the covenental promise of The Creator of us all. The Seed of Creation however is the Spirit of Love and in Judeo-Christian tradition Adam walked and talked with God. Thank you for listening with an open heart as I continue sharing - however challenging anything I say, I pray that you have the courage to step into the unknown whatever the unknown is to you. Many blessings on your journey as you continue your pilgrimage into the Heart of Who You Are. Dammah Hello sweet soul,
This prophetic prayer, "Pour Unto Me", is for reconciliation of the human heart with the Divine heart; for two hearts becoming one ~ Blessings and peace be with you today, Dammah ____________________________________________ O'God unto you I am me Together as one You are we I prostrate my life In service to You And become all Of your visions won For life unfolds in waves of light With realizations of Your Holy Might I love You wholly With my heart of Right Pour unto me Your power free That I may share With my brethren Thee And restore Thy Love On bended knee The Heart of You That lives as me Hello brave soul,
Today's sharing is from my morning-time with Spirit. Since the beginning of January, I have been in earnest, seeking answers for 'how to do this ministry'. Very much in my analytical mind, looking for THE roadmap. I have been visiting different churches and denominations almost every Sunday with the knowing that in order to minister to churches of all stripes, that I must learn their language and experience what and who they are. Every time, I have received healing of some stereotype or judgment I had about church in general or a denomination specifically - and this has all happened through my experience with people. There has always been something for me in these communities. I, like many, have experienced at some point a wounding within a church setting, turned away from church altogether and attached or formed the belief that all churches or specific denomination are bad, wrong, unsafe (pick your word.) In doing so we may or may not have also attached this pain and resulting rejection to Jesus, and therefore his words, his teachings, his wisdom, his way. Many years ago, I said 'yes' to healing after the 'dark night of my soul' left me bereft, depressed and lost. I chose to surrender my belief that I had to heal all by myself or via channels that didn't feel right to me. So I chose to open myself to listening in the silence of meditation. It was through learning to quiet my human mind with its thoughts and beliefs that had been born via relationships with other people living through their unhealed pain, that I laid down what I thought I knew and admitted to myself that I needed help that was not of this world. This surrendering was me choosing to unshield my wounded heart, and as a result beginning to hear the voice of Christ directly. And this changed the trajectory of my life. (You can learn more about my journey here.) My being called to bring ministry to people in church, when for years I have been ministering to people outside of church, is one big way that God is giving me an opportunity to heal my own judgments, anger, resentment, pain and to see the need for healing for all people regardless of their very personal journeys. This is also an opportunity to encourage others to see where they are choosing to hold-on to anger, resentment and any spirit of unforgiveness or fear and to allow the HeartMind of God, the HeartMind of Love to lead the way through the gate of healing into that green valley of peace. What Spirit has reminded me of this morning: "The battle between light and dark is not 'out there'. It is 'in the heart of each and every man.' It's not the church that needs healing, but rather the people within Her that need healing; (and we are all healing something or in need of healing something - inside and outside of church.) People are the cells that make up the church, The Body of Believers in The Way of Christ. Jesus as Christ, was, is and ever shall be whole/healthy/holy. The church Herself is only as healthy/healed/whole as the people (cells) that make up Her Body [here on earth]." The traditional meaning of healing means 'to be restored to health' or 'to make whole.' With that perspective as the foundation, I believe that the highest degree of healing means to be restored in your awareness that you are whole, (not broken) and holy, (Divinely created and connected.) So back to feeling the need for a map and the seeking outside of my relationship with God to 'know how to do this' it has been made clear to me that the calling is coming from a higher place and therefore the map will too. That it is through direction and guidance ultimately from this place that will lead the way forward and that in my humanness I don't 'need to know how to do' anything. That in reality, when I listen with my heart and make choices from this place, that the path is revealed - for the path is already in place, it is my unhealed mind (non-God mind) that veils what I see, know and understand in the current moment. So I will leave you with this thought: Ask yourself, where have you been turning away from healing... turning away from wholeness and holiness... turning away from (the way of) love instead of turning towards it? As always, if you would like to talk about your personal challenges with people and relationships of any kind, I am here. Blessings and peace be with you today, Dammah *** This is November's e-newsletter. If you would like to subscribe scroll to the bottom of the HOME page and sign up! **
____________________________________________ Hello Dear Heart! I hope you have been well since last I wrote... many new aha's for me and I'd like to share some with you ~ As I continue on my own journey of self-actualization I am grateful for what this past year has brought me. I have been literally living out of a suitcase (and a small one at that!) for a year ... three months in Greece and nine months here in the states... how is it possible it's been a year?!? I am thankful for my family and many friends who have hosted me during this time of transition as I get ever more clear on what my heart is calling me to do and next steps. One of the beautiful gifts of being at the mercy of others' generosity is that I have realized that I have more community than I thought I had and I am deeply humbled by this. I have also been enveloped with new and deepening friendships that show me that I am not alone and am supported in following my heart - a deep healing for me. You may have noticed a new theme from my last newsletter... this 'soulful living' and wonder what I mean by this. Soulful living comes when we are living fully from our soul; that heart place that is full of joy and gratitude for a life worth living. Making choices daily that align our actions with what feels good, and right, and true - and choosing that path to walk instead of another that seeks to distract or detour us from this place of inner peace. I will tell you it may not be easy, but it's worth it. I am deeply thankful for all the people in my life that support my exploration and implementation of living from my soul rather than how I have perceived the 'outside' world expects me to live. You see, the 'outside world' is simply a current of thought that we can swim in or not. We can choose to 'go with the flow' of that, or choose the flow of our innermost desires. Mahatma Gandhi said it this way: “We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.” We, you and me, are the change makers. To be this change means to make different choices, choices that align with what you know deep in your soul - the heartbeat of God within you. The concept of 'soulful living' is meant to encourage you to allow your heart to guide your choices, your actions, your way in the world. These choices can be great or small. They do not have to be in opposition to the 'outside' world, but rather they are a reflection of who you are from the inside out, the Allness of your Being. This is a place of creating instead of reacting; where you radiate your Light out into the world in the unique way only you can. The children's book I published recently was born of personal childhood experiences of feeling the outside world not accepting my attempts at personal self-expression. At age 55, the ability to see my true-self through God's eyes first, then in the mirror of others' eyes as a result of living authentically has been profoundly healing and liberating. From letting my hair go gray, to selling all of my worldly belongs and taking a leap of faith, and sharing Light language with groups of people; I have come to see and know that not everyone will understand or agree with my choices (or my way in the world) and its ok - for who am I really here to 'please'... Heaven's Way or man's way... Love's Way or the way of something less? God created me to reflect Love out into the world - to see myself through this lens vs. the lens of something else. So this means to live from this place.... this place of loving who I am regardless of how different I may seem to others; and to love and encourage others to do the same. No matter how stoic we may be in believing that we don't need help or others, the truth is we do. I do. My journey and yours may look different, and there are parts that require our individual attention, but in the end we each need what others have to share/give. My job is to know my own heart; to know what God has given me to share and your job is to do the same for we are all facets of the same diamond heart of love reflecting individually and brilliantly. I am grateful for the grace and gifts I have received this year in so many forms... shelter, nourishing food, transportation, space to breathe and heal, big hugs, joyful noise, chickens, puppies, cats, kids, and open hearts willing to listen and encourage me through transition. (I am now looking for a small affordable apartment to pivot from as my mission work expands, so keep me in mind of you have any leads!) So what does soulful living look and feel like for you? Are you walking your talk? Do your actions reflect what you truly believe is true for you? If you would like someone to support you in this process, someone who has 'been there, still doing that' (!), contact me and let's talk. I've launched my new website, dammah.us, with a refreshed focus including new blog writings, inspiring personal experiences, and a donation based model for our time together individually or in the group Sound Darshan experience. I see my work as ministry vs. business and believe that your ability to pay doesn't determine your ability to receive the spiritual support you need. You too, as an agent of change, have the ability and opportunity to pay forward your experience with this ministry in several ways. I encourage you to be that mirror for others to help them know that support is available to them too. Click HERE to learn how to be the change. Many Blessings from my heart to yours, and thank you for being a part of this ripple of awakening, healing and change. Dammah #christconsciousness #godisgood #godisgreat #spiritualawakening #lovingyourself #rememberwhoyouare Who do you believe you are? What if I told you that 'whatever you believe is true, is true for you?' Take time out today and consider, who do you believe you are? What do you affirm with your words and thoughts? What words precede your wakeful actions? Jesus said that it wasn't what goes into your mouth that defiles man, but what comes out. What does defile mean? It means to spoil or desecrate something sacred. You are sacred. Your words about self honor or dishonor your sacredness. What would happen if you spoke these words aloud every morning while looking in the mirror for 40 days...setting the stage in the morning for your commitment in how you proceed through your day, in all relationships and experiences? Righting the mind to function in union with the heart begins with the words we speak to and about ourselves. Speaking the words aloud is a different energetic than reading them silently.... so speak them to yourself. Announce to your own vibratory being who you are and at the same time, listen. I am Love's peace here today I am Love's expression here today I am Love's courage here today I am Love's compassion here today I am Love's voice here today I am Love's mirror here today I am Love's connection here today ... and when you feel fully in alignment with this, add: I am Love's flame I am Love's fire I am Love's Light I am Love's Power I am Love's Radiance I am Love's Flower I would love to hear from you and your challenges with this, your aha's, and your successes too! Comment here, or send me an email if you'd like to talk more deeply. I hope you have a beautiful day realizing that the freedom to be all that you are is something we need. Open your mind to the Allness of your Being because we need your love rippling in the world!
