I work with small-business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders on a project basis to untangle accounting that has become complicated, incomplete, or difficult to understand.

My role is to come in, understand what is there, identify what isn't lining up, and bring the accounting into a clearer and more useful order.

The goal isn't simply cleaner books.

The goal is better information so you can do what you do best.

Clearer accounting gives you better data for making decisions and for communicating with the people who depend on that information—including your Board, donors, CPA, and other advisors.

What I Do

Accounting Cleanup & Reconciliation
I work through existing records, reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and bring the books into a clearer and more reliable state.

Accounting Setup
For a new business or organization, I can establish the accounting structure and processes needed to begin keeping useful financial records from the start.

Systems & Processes
I help create practical systems for keeping financial information organized and accessible going forward.

Training & Transition
If you or your organization is bringing on a bookkeeper or new staff member, I can train them on the accounting system and processes so they can take over the ongoing work with confidence.

Project- Based Support

Sometimes an organization needs someone to stay and do the books.

Sometimes it needs someone to come in, untangle what has become difficult, establish a better system, and hand it back.

I specialize in the latter.

I can step into a defined project, bring clarity to the accounting, help establish a workable path forward, and equip you or your team to maintain it.
